April was able to help us find our dream home in Knoxville!  We lived out of state, and was able to get us to see all of the homes on the same day, with us providing notice and changing what we were looking for.  I was able to get in touch with April all the time, and she almost always responded immediately.  But April didn't stop the moment we signed the contract.  She went to the inspection and let us know what was happening.  Even after I was in the house, she was our knight in shining armor there to help when the electric was cut off by the previous owners.  She is very sweet and a great realtor.  We appreciate April and everything she has done for our family, and you can trust you are in safe hands with her- especially if you are out of state!
